You can submit any questions, suggestions, nominations through this website or via our e-mail address.  We take all requests, ideas and registrations into consideration.  The Saving Lives Foundation relies on the commitment of volunteers, who make their free time available for handling all applications. Thank you for your patience if your answer takes longer to arrive.  We strive to send you a message within one week.

Via the ‘who is eligible‘ page, you can check to see if your organisation meets our criteria for receiving a defibrillator.

Applications can be submitted via the Application Form.  Of course we have to make a choice from many eligible applicants and we cannot make everyone happy;  the availability of defibrillators is dependent upon the amount of donations received.  The Saving Lives Foundation Board makes an assessment based on the information contained in the application form. It is therefore beneficial for you to complete the application form in as much detail as possible.
